Big shout out to Joshua - Fnb Supervisor. From the moment I interacted with him, Joshua went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care were evident in every aspect of his service. Whether it was recommending options, accommodating specific preferences, or simply ensuring the atmosphere was enjoyable, he handled everything with a warm and approachable demeanour.

On the 2nd night of my stay there was no hot water to my room, very reluctant to come and have a look, sposedly matance were looking into it eventually they moved me rooms to a room that had a burt out pug and a flush that was not in the wall properly.

Facilities in reception, room and bar areas were excellent apart from tv kept switching itself off. Disappointingly slow service in the hotel restaurant when we had an evening meal. Breakfast was good though. Bed also wasn’t made properly, sheets and pillows in same state as when we left the room earlier in the room, just duvet that been pulled up. For the price paid, left with a feeling of disappointment.

Great price and we got an upgrade which was nice. Used the leisure facilities and was very good. Very good choice for breakfast, the only downside was the evening meal which we felt was expensive for the steak as it was not very big. But that said I think we will be back

It was an ok property not the 4 star hotel that we expected. The amenities were not great, the beds were hard and the hotel is in need of refurbishment. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. The room heating was not working and we had to use an oil radiator. Overall, not worth the price we paid.

We stayed in a room on the ground floor, and unbeknown to us, we appear to have been close to the kitchen area of the hotel. There was the continuous noise of fans throughout the night. As the noise was constant it eventually receded into the background and I got some sleep. However, the lorry reversing alarm at 0645 put paid to that. The experience could have been better.

Staff were friendly. Pool is smaller than it looks on the photos but good fun. Wardrobe door was broken and fan legs looked broken but managed to fix them. Bed super comfy and breakfast was tasty. Shame you get charged for parking when staying there for the night, missed that in the small print!
