"I stayed here for work as I was on call so I literally only wanted a bed, a shower and somewhere warm. Whilst this place isn’t 5 star glamour nor is the price so it fulfilled every aspect that I wanted. I didn’t use the facilities other than my room but I did end up asking to be let out the main gates on a few occasions due to my call outs. I had sympathy for the night manager who had to come out in the cold to open up and lock up behind me and he was very pleasant about it although I understood how inconvenient it was. I would certainly stay again "

"Great no complains to think off "

"The room was excellent with a surprising amount of space, clean and all the usual amenities you'd need. It was nice and quiet as it could be considering the adjacent road. Both dinner options in the pub and breakfast in the restaurant on the other side were delicious with plenty of choice. At every stage the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. Well done and thank you!"

"The hosts and staff at this hotel were always helpful and welcoming. At the time of our stay they were putting in new radiators but ensured that we had an electric heater in our room to keep it warm. Room was comfortable and modern. The food in the restaurant was amazing and would highly recommend eating there. Good choice of food for breakfast and hot breakfast was cooked to order. Would recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Excellent value for money. "

"Lovely hotel "

"We had room 605, it was very big with a big bathroom and jacuzzi style bath. Radiator wasnt working but there was a heater on the wall which we needed to turn up as it was cold, once it kicked in the room was toasty. Bed was very comfortable and huge, super king I'd guess. Pool was lovely, as was jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were not hot enough, that was my only negative comment about my stay."

"Nice property. Nice rooms, good location, great bar and restaurant. The young lady who checked us in was particularly helpful but everyone was so pleasant and helpful. Best hotel I've stayed in, in Lincoln so far and there has been many."

"My husband and I spent one night here on a stopover and it was a very nice, clean hotel. We didn’t go into the restaurant or bar at all because the area was so beautiful and easily walkable we went to see as much as we could while there. We were there in January so the hotel was very quiet, but even so there is ample parking. There is no front desk staff at night and we did have to wait outside for a little while to be let into the building after our evening out I’m not sure if it was because of the season or if it’s the norm. My only real complaint was the room was cool and it only had mediocre hot water. All in all very nice, and would recommend. "
