"We enjoyed our stay very much. We did have an issue with the water in room Harrington but the staff were very quick to move us to another room for our 2nd night. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food is good too."

My wife liked the place a lot because we had the upgraded room which included the small courtyard and two comfortable chairs.It was clean and comfortable. The walk to Stow on the Wold from Moreton on Marsh is fantastic. "

"This is the second time I have stayed at the George and it remains one of my favourite hotels ever. It is superbly situated in Cheltenham, the rooms very comfortable, and the staff extraordinarily helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"
"Room was clean and just what we needed.
Staff were helpful, however when attending for breakfast I was told ‘it’s closing’ rather than just offered a seat, when breakfast was due to be open for another hour.
We then also had a small bite in the lounge area the next day, and the food took nearly 40mins.
We used the spa facilities, and these are always great.
The room was comfy and just as we would expect.
It’s the second time we have stayed, and would go back again.
