"We had a really nice 2 night stay, we checked in earlier as our room was ready, which was a lovely start. The hotel was beautiful, the service was excellent, the bed was very comfortable, the shower hot and powerful. We enjoyed some nice food in the atrium bar, a lovely afternoon tea in the 1853 restaurant. And some nice 6 oclock gin on the terrace - all with fantastic service. The only negative was the room was so hot it was uncomfortable, a fan was provided and was really needed. There was also a huge generator outside, and the loading bay was noisy. (room 6 - junior suite) "

"The best part was the early opening of the.swimming pool etc. without children till 0800. lovely pool, good layout, and receptionist very pleasant. Other staff all very helpful, too. Will be back again, enabled us to explore Cotswolds and the Forest of Dean."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The room and food was lovely. The spa is quite small but nice. The only thing I would say is there were dirty cups and plates around the pool area and the service in the evening was very slow."

The rooms were incredibly comfortable—uniquely decorated, clean, and a perfect place to relax. The recently remodeled rooftop bar and dining area was a real highlight. The food was delicious, the cocktails were creative and refreshing, and the atmosphere made it a lovely place to unwind. The hotel also provided us with a walking guide of the city, which turned out to be the perfect way to explore Cirencester’s charming streets and historical spots at our own pace.
