"Place is lovely and clean. One disappointment is there was a coffee pot but no coffee. Which would be fine but there are no stores in town to purchase some. I probably shouldn’t have assumed there would be coffee or a Keuriq with pods. It was a first Vrbo that did not have coffee. . The restaurant downstairs was great but be prepared for early morning noise as they prepare for their day. "

"Overall the place is wonderful and we enjoyed the amenities. My teenaged boys enjoyed the game room, pool at night, beach, fire pit. I loved the bed, having a kitchenette, and the coffeemaker. Much better than a typical hotel version. I’d caution using suite 10 for more than two people. The sleeper was what you’d expect a sleeper to be - not comfortable! The bed is amazing though. "So very clean. I'd have my coffee in the morning by the fireplace and Riverview at the Riverwalk behind the building. So nice. Communication was on point if I didn't get through I had a call back in a few minutes. We had one of the 2 BD room 2 bath . Bathrooms was so very nice. Everything as it looks with good people around. "Think this is a newer rental …property was a great location to explore 3 Oaks and the beach near by. We walked to breakfast and dinner in town - so convenient. "What a great property, comfy bed, and seating area. The kitchen is well stocked for a smaller place ( Keurig, coffee maker AND air fryer),great rainshower as well. We were here for a wedding, a little cool for the beach but we walked there anyway. The property was lovely- firepit, landscaping, even tho close to Red Arrow highway, we never noticed, very quiet. Would definitely return in the summer months."
