"The room was comfortable, although the cleanliness could have been improved. There were some dusty areas and it appeared that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned before my stay, evidenced by leftover food and clothing from previous occupants. The air conditioning unit broke during my stay, but the issue was promptly addressed and resolved by the hotel staff. The food at the bar/restaurant was very tasty, but it is worth noting that it is the only dining option available on-site. They could offer some water activities considering that the hotel is located on the shore. Group snorkeling, jet skis, fishing etc. While there were a couple of areas for improvement related to housekeeping and the limited dining options, the overall experience was positive In summary: While the comfortable room, good food, and responsive staff are definite strengths, addressing the cleanliness concerns and expanding the dining and activity options would greatly improve the overall guest experience and potentially lead to higher satisfaction and repeat business for the hotel. "was here last year and returned this year stayed 4 days mall across the street, great service, breakfast was good, well maintained property there was a slight issue with power the first day I was there and one elevator was out of service for one day but overall I was pleased with my stay. Recommend some sort of entertainment in the evenings and maybe a happy hour to encourage a more entertaining ambiance "
