"The room was great but the bathroom had issues. Water droplets were leaking out of the ceiling when the water heater was turned on. Reported this issue to the hotel and they said that they'd offer me another room but was never followed up on that."

"The hotel is very nice and has everything you need. It is a well designed building which features a roof top kitchen with spectacular views of the city. "A short distance from the airport is the reason to stay. Good for one night. The hotel airport pickup services are expensive. Breakfast is good but also a bit expensive for Bangladesh. I kind of felt they over charge for everything after the room. Staff was super nice. "

"Wonderful experience with the warm, efficient staff who try and cater to your wishes. Front desk was efficient and courteous and even gave you a fresh orange juice on your arrival. Room service was excellent as well as the diverse quality of the food - fresh and tasty and prepared with care. Its been a very rewarding experience and will definitely come back.
