"We had a perfect holiday here! The house was clean, well equipped to cook and spend the days. Small excursions to Koper, Izola, Piran, Cerkno as well as the surrounding small villages made this place a perfect destination to travel from. "Really nice place to stay. Our room was very small but we knew this in advance. We were there during a heatwave so the pool was amazing. The airconditioning is also great. Breakfast is good, really nice pistachio croissants. The restaurant next to the hotel is a nice place to eat. Only negatives thing would be that the hotel is a bit noisy, you can hear people in the hallway in the morning for example. "

"The property was as described, we had a good stay as two families, there is quite a lot to do in the area. The roads near by could get congested, hopefully this will be less so when Croatia joins Schengen. The restaurant at the junction of the main road, within easy walking distance is great, defiantly recommended. "Stay was better after upgrade to larger caravan. Normal type camping/ caravan style village, staff was good and helpful, but some facilities not available like outdoor pool, location ok but transport needed for shops, bar and restaurant expensive with limited menu and a per person table charge of 2euro which I feel is a con charging to sit and have a drink or meal Overall it's ok for what it is so long as you don't expect much "

"The Savoia Excelsior is super conveniently located right at the city center and in the water-front. It's location is for sure it's most attractive quality. "Safe and great location within the center, just about 8mins walk to Central Train and Bus Stations. 24-Hr reception with free Coffee/Tea at Dining Area. Clean and Comportable room size. Free BF with loads to choose however the fresh pastries caught my attention. High customer service from reception to kitchen staffs - Victoria, Pele, Ester and another lady from kitchen. High salute to Silvia and Marco both from reception, super helpful with queries and directions...extending efforts to fulfill your needs. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay back if given a chance. "

"The apartment was so spacious! The upstairs of the family suite had its own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen area was spacious and had what we needed for late night snacks and drinks. The check in is at a hotel in a separate building but it wasn’t much trouble. However, I highly recommend valet parking. Street parking in all of Trieste is a total nightmare "
