This is a new listing and is a rare find in a beachside suburb not normally offering short term rental. The apartment is ideal for couples, family, or business visitors to the Bay.

This superb large and sunny, open-plan apartment has magnificent beach and ocean views from every room across Denhams Beach to the Tollgate Islands
Denhams Beach is a short 2-minute stroll from the back door. Alternately you might like to turn right onto the spectacular cliff top walk to Surf Beach and Wimpy Beach.
A shopping centre containing a supermarket, restaurants, chemist and bottle shop is just a 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk away.

The apartment has 3 Bedrooms with main with Queen size bed and ensuite and walk in robe. The second bedroom has one single or 2 single beds, the third bedroom has one single bed. The main bathroom has a bath with shower. There are 2 car spots in the secure under parking lot.

Home Away From Home
Exceptional from start to finish! We loved everything about our stay. Wonderful hosts, amazing ocean view, meticulously clean, comfortable, well-appointed and maintained apartment. Easy, direct access to the beach (no roads to cross) and close proximity to the local shops. It is in a very quiet area, making it peaceful and relaxing. Roz and Kim have thought of everything that you could possibly need during your stay. They were very friendly and helpful ensuring we had a trouble-free stay. We are already looking forward to returning in a few months’ time.
