"There has been some refurbishment, the bed was comfortable and the unit had a table and chairs. The only sink was in the bathroom and it was difficult to fit the kettle under it to fill. There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, possibly due to the inclement weather and the construction next door. "

"Great location for a Bathurst stay, close to shops and walking distance Panthers club. Great shower/bathroom with basic but comfortable room. Very friendly host and easy parking, would stay again."

"Great 1 night stay. Wish we stayed longer. So relaxing looking out over the fields whilst sitting eating our dinner by the fire pit. Felt like you were miles from civilisation but you werent far from suburbia."

"Great location, awesome food and terrific staff. Not a place to stay if you need sleep. Band was staying here and carried on outside my room until 3:30am , then the staff put music on downstairs at 7am. I think I got 3 hours sleep. Stayed 2 of my 3 nights , left early and had to book another place to get some rest. Happy to have another meal here but will never stay here again. "

"The only thing good was it was clean so over priced we were in Bathurst for a wedding and the price we paid was over $400 for 2 nights price hike no doubt for Race Weekend. This accommodation was only worth $50 a night"
