I told them I had reserved online and showed them my confirmation but they kept saying they were full. They offered to give me a room for the following night which would have been useless for the night I needed. So I told them I wanted a refund since I had already paid online. "The hotel itself is great, clean and staff were efficient. But the area around it was super dirty, dusty and not the safest to walk around if you are not careful. It was very convenient and located right next to the markets and many coffee shops, but maybe they were doing construction throughout the city. "

"Property was clean and the room was good sized. Theres a nice Italian restaurant a couple of blocks away. I would recommend the hotel. However, the bus they arranged to Siem Reap was someone with a minivan, not a commercial vehicle in any way. The ride was terrible in so many ways."

"Large room, quiet, very comfortable bed (mattress on the floor). Unfortunately it was let down by the bathroom, which got completely wet due to the open shower and the shiny floor tiles then got very slippery. Quiet pool and small garden area, pretty enough to be used by a wedding couple for their photos during our stay. Not much in the immediate area in terms of food options but we discovered Cafe Eden on the other side of the river, an easy walk for good food. "

"As I walked in I was struck by how filthy the pool was. You couldn't see the first step it was so mirky. There were no lights around the pool and the reception was a muddle. The receptionist slept on the sofa and was reluctant to help. Breakfast on the first morning took 40 minutes to arrive from somewhere else and was inedible. The place has so much potential but it needs to be cleaner and they need to learn to cook"
