"On arrival, the shower tiles and floor of the shower had mould, but we were too tired to complain until we settled in. The next morning we had the duty manager "Rain" come in to have a look and take photos. We were shown a premier room, but it was too small. We were given a complimentary breakfast. There was a good spread to choose from. Lter that afternoon after we came back, we were given a corner room which was bigger and we were happy with that. "
