"The hotel is an historic site in UNESCO world historic Stonetown. The shopping district and amazing restaurants are in the immediate area. There was some noise from the construction next door but we didn’t really notice it very much. "This is the second time I visit Mvuvi (July 2023). On the positive side the new hotel is very nice especially the new swimming pool. The food is unfortunately not the same standard as last year and inconcistent. Sometimes very good and sometimes disappointing. The service is also too slow. I also believe the prices for excursions and watersports are too high. We did all activities outside of the hotel at much lower costs. "
