"I enjoyed my 2 night stay here. I was accidentally placed in a newly renovated room first which I was very impressed with. I was moved to the actual room I had booked which had more room. It had not been newly renovated but it was still nice. Both had a little kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffee, kettle, little sink with a few supplies. "We love staying at historic buildings like the Hochlaga Inn which offers an excellent breakfast for only $8.00. There is plenty of parking and is located within walking distance to downtown Kingston with great shopping and fine dining. We received complimentary bottled water and Ferro Rocher chocolates which was a nice touch. The only negative is that the rooms do not have refrigerators which is a huge negative since I carry insulin which need to be cooled. "

"Reception was a little weird to find since it is way at back. Clerk was very friendly. Surprised to discover that parking was extra. Parking lot had a lot of salt and sand. Hallways and room is very clean and quiet. Good location near the outlets for shoppping. "
