Cannot stress how great the staff are there. It is now our goto hotel in Kingston!

The room next to us had a dog and it barked well into the night well past midnight and it was a large dog with a big bark. I didn’t sleep much as a result.

probably the most affordable and best place to stay in Kingston for the money. You can pay less elsewhere but you won't have the quality of a great stay....We will be back, this trip is not our first here.... Thank-you management and employees

Basic, but clean. You can tell the property is well taken care of. Perfectly adequate for one night. Keep in mind if you’re a sound sensitive person there’s no carpeting in the rooms, so the sound travels. We could hear our neighbour’s tv late into the night.

Overall experience was very very good. Choice of restaurants that were walkable were limited. 1000 Curry was very good though. There were restaurants within a short car ride.

Hotel was fine. Check-in was busy and only one staff member was working so it was a little slow. Staff were very friendly and hotel seemed well maintained. Biggest down fall was that the mattress was very thin and just on a firm wood frame. Did not make for the best sleeping conditions.
