"Property is older, but reasonably maintained… Some reviews have mentioned challenges on the narrow driveway, some tire rubs an a light scape rim on a rim, but if you come straight in from the road above (43rd?) and are careful should be manageable …. Being older I opted to park on the street and Uber….challenging to find spaces during Summer, lots of parking in the lot below at the beach for visitors… $2+ per hour during 8am - 8pm…"

"The house is lovely (new with everything updated) and in a great part of Manhattan Beach — very close to the beach and strand and an easy walking distance to the pier, restaurants, and local shopping. The layout of the house is great with nicely sized rooms and great oceans views. The house was exceptionally clean and is very well maintained. The hosts were super responsive to questions and very welcoming. We would highly recommend this property to those thinking of staying in Manhattan Beach."
