3 bedroom home situated near town centre. 200m to shops. 300m to beachfront. Bowls and Golf course over the road. Short walk to BBQ and outdoor activity area.
Home suitable for family or 3 couples. 3 doublebeds. Double bunk for 2. Extra bed on couch.
Gas and Electric stoves, air conditioner,2x TV, DVD in living room. Bathroom with shower/ bath for small children. Separate toilet. Laundry with auto washer and dryer. Plenty of room for parking cars, boats, trailers. Wifi to use.
Short drive to Salmon Hole- renowned fishing spot and good beach.
Wendys walk gives a good coastal walk on dunes and cliffs with great views of coastline.
Surf Beach is just outside town but close enough for a great walk. Good surf and plenty of beach fishing spots.
Great drive to Lake George, also 4WD tracks available.
Pool of Siloam is great swimming spot for children as it is a Salt Lake.
Great places to explore rock pools, swimming, kite surfing and snorkelling.
Beachport has a famous seafaring museum to explore, great pub food and cafes.

A fantastic short getaway
It was lovely to have a short stay "at the beach" house. It was a perfect affordable spot for our family of six. The beds were warm and comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for us all. It was also in a perfect location for walking around town.

Lovely stay at 'At The Beach' Beachport, the property was exactly as pictured. There was however a basket of dirty laundry left insde the front door which was clearly an oversight but wasnt a good look. We would definately stay here again.

So homey, loved it
This is not a fancy beach property, more like the shacks i stayed at when I was young. This made it feel so homey and happy. Everything was super clean and we found anything we were looking for in the house for cooking. Loved that there was a little table in a back room to do puzzles on. Would highly recommend

Trip down memory lane
We had a lovely comfortable stay at At The Beach in Beachport. The house is not modern luxury but it is comfortable, well equipped, and reminded us all of the houses we grew up in. Plenty of room for our family group of 6 on a block that we could easily park both our cars and boat in. A short stroll to the shops and the beach, in a wonderful central location. The check in process was very easy, and any communication with the host was quickly answered. We will definately be back again.

Weekend getaway
The house was well equipped. My husband loved the fact that the furniture was and decor of the house was old. Just a couple of things that i noticed was one of the bathroom windows did not have a blind and depending on where you stood to get changed people would be able to see you as the mirror is on the wall. Underneath the couch cushions were dirty. One of the pillow cases looked as though it was not clean but could have been just a stain. These are just little things i have already recommended for other people to stay there as the location is great and the house has everything you need. Thank you

An old beach house in an excellent location which is a great place for a family beach holiday.
This beach house is very old but it is very clean and had everything my family required for a great stay. The house is in an excellent position on the main road (which is very quiet) a very close walk to the beach, shops and restaurants but up the street so it is away from people and noise. It was a great central location to head out to other nearby towns to explore and enjoy. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items and utensils. The old oven was adequate but there was also a seperate gas burner and large electric frypan which was great for cooking up dinners. No kitchen supplies are provided so you need to bring all the basics like oil, salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee and gladwrap. You will also need to bring soap and clothes washing powder. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was easy to use and had good pressure. We were surprised to read other reviews of people with shower issues as it was fine and I think they must have been trying to wash dishes or using other taps at the same time which you can't do in many house without it affecting shower temperature. There is a central aircon unit which we never used. The bedrooms did heat up a lot during the day (we were never there) but we were able to open windows to cool the bedrooms prior to sleeping as it gets windy most nights. There was information for activities left around and the owners artwork on the wall which was a nice touch. Overall, once you get over how old the house is, it is an excellent and very well priced hoilday house that we would definitely stay in again.
