"A brilliant stay in a lovely hotel. Very comfortable family room with plenty of space and great bathroom with a shower and bath. Very clean throughout. Swimming pool was fantastic and great for kids, easy to book our slot. Only drawback was quite a bit of noise one evening/night but this was music from an adjacent building so not the fault of the hotel. Service great throughout and we'd highly recommend the breakfast which was exceptional. Perfect location for exploring Bath."

"The apartment is beautifully decorated and of a high standard. The location was perfect for us - lots of shops and restaurants nearby as well as attractions. Bud and train station are also convenient although we didn’t use them. Paid parking lot is right across the street. Overall we loved it here !"

"As regulars, we love the setting and architectural splendour here. The spa is good. The food, however, is disappointing. Breakfast could be improved with quality bread and hotter cooked food. Pastries quite limited and fruit quite basic. We recommend cooking some bacon to crispy, replacing the bread which is the worst we’ve had in a hotel. The stunning lilies in the reception need care as pollen was dropping-it stains any material it contacts "

"We really like the place. Have stayed a few times. Great building. Smiley helpful staff. Still charging for wi-fi which is just silly nowadays. Wine offer in bar includes stuff that can be bought in a local petrol station or on the cheap shelf in supermarkets. This is not a great look for such a great hotel. Needs attention. Overall, a really good stay as were our previous visits. Will be back."

"We chose this hotel for its location. It is within easy walking distance to train station and the old town. There are also a plethora of restaurants nearby. The room was small, but well cared for. The room that we had could use a mattress upgrade. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"I took my Mum away for a couple of nights mid week and we both absolutely loved the hotel. We were both made to feel really welcome straight away. We enjoyed a lunch on the terrace, coffee and pastries in the drawing room & evening drinks in the hotel. We didn’t get to use the spa facilities or eat in the hotel restaurant (definitely will on our next visit). Our room was comfortable and clean and with a garden view at the back of the hotel, so lovely and quiet, and a really good nights sleep....
