"There was a wedding on the night we stayed so was very busy and staff were too busy attending to them. We felt a little in the way. Our stay was good enough for what we needed, room was small but comfy, our bathroom was in need of an update as very little room to place anything, shower was nice and powerful. Breakfast was freshly prepared but not a true Scottish breakfast as not loin square sausage. Would stay again though if in that area as convenient to train station and restaurants."

"Old but comfortable place, in a very quiet street. I stayed in a standard double room (No.21), which was spacious and clean. Be aware that the heating only comes on in the evening, though. There's private parking, although I arrived and departed by train; Crosshill station is only six or seven minutes' walk away, with regular services to and from the city centre. Although there are no facilities other than a kettle, tea and coffee in the room, there are plenty of shops, cafés and takeaways...
