The outlets would only work if you plugged in things at a very specific angle and had to call reception since the lights wouldn’t turn off and they had to bang on the electrical panel to get them to work telling me there were some “electrical faults”. The guy that came to help though was very helpful!"

"The hotel gardens and lobby area are beautiful. The rooms are a very good size. Half the staff are wonderful, the other half isn’t. Fairly modern rooms, but the carpet was separating from the wall in one area of the room making it a bit of a tripping hazard. Helpful tips: Don’t use the vending machine. The hotel takes no responsibility for it and it was regularly not dispensing items to people. If you’re a woman travelling alone be aware that the back parking lot is not lit overnight, and...

"Had a comfortable 3 night stay here. Room was spacious. Friendly reception helped us out when we accidentally put something important in the bin. Location close to a range of eating venues and Hagley Park. We walked from here into the city centre and botanic gardens. Room very clean. Would stay here again. "
