"This is my group's sixth year renting this house for our annual retreat. It is a great rental. The house is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our group of 7. It is always super clean. David is quick to respond to any inquiry. Each year there have been improvements and upgrades and it just keeps getting better! We will be back again next year!"

"I wanted a place to take my children and grandchildren that we get all be together and enjoy the Hoosier experience of Indiana University. The four bedrooms three baths were the best for the 10 of us (5 adults, 5 kids 6-15). The kitchen is large and the table was amazing to fit all of us.. The beds were comfortable. They provide great pillows and bedding.. The only downfall was there was only one television and with a big game on and the kids wanting to watch something else we had to go to...

"I surprised my wife for her 30th birthday with a trip to Robyn's Nest. It was such an amazing place. Furniture and appliances all worked fantastically. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The hot tub was off of the charts. It was such a secluded location, when we went to the hot tub at night it felt like you were the only people for miles. Location is still close to town which is a plus!"

"We had two couples and stayed in Unit B. Parking was available right outside the door and the elevator made life easier. The location could not have been more convenient as it was a short walk to all of the shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back!"

"We came into town for a Sunday afternoon basketball game and stayed two days so I could show my family around campus. This was a perfect place for us. My kids all had a comfy bed to sleep on. It was conveniently located to Assembly Hall and the heart of campus. We did drive everywhere since it was December and the students were off for break- which made parking easy! Everything we needed was provided in the house. The house itself and the decor was very Bloomington! We would stay again next time...
