"Very friendly hotel staff, despite the high slope, the amazing Iger north wall view from the room is the best quality of this hotel. However, it is a bit of a shame that the shower situation in the room is not good."

"위치가 헬이긴 해요... 예전에 그린델발트 왔을 때는 융프라우 롯지 크리스탈에 묵었었는데 거기 뷰랑 위치가 더 좋았던 것 같아서 다음에 또 오게 된다면 그 근처로 갈 것 같습니다. 203호 배정받았는데 코너방이어서 ㄱ자 발코니를 쓸 수 있었고 방이 너무 넓고 인테리어도 예뻤습니다. 이 호텔에서 본 산 북벽 뷰도 예쁘긴 했지만 서두에 적은 것처럼 융프라우 롯지 크리스탈에서 산 벽 일부와 드문드문 집 있는 마을을 함께 봤던 것이 더 예뻤던 것 같아요. 조식은 좋은데, 스크램블 에그는 타이밍을 잘못 맞추면 먹을 수 없고(콩알만큼 남아있어서 제가 다 뜨고나니 바닥났는데 냄비를 가져가시곤 30분 넘게 다시 가져오지 않으셔서 더 먹지 못함..) 10시까지 제공이라고 하는데 9시에 갔더니 과일샐러드 등은 이미 다 떨어졌고 보충 안해주시더라구요. 가능한 일찍 가시는 걸 추천해요."

"The owners who are mom and son are just the angels of the place. They go an extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and not go hungry. The property is awesome and the bar though small had all the goodies one needs. The Son is a true human being. We reached late and the dining was closed for the night. Even then he made sure that we got something to eat and made some fries and bread with butter and treated us to a very local peach schnapps to top the experience. The Mom is an excellent chef and you do not want to miss her homestyle cooking."

"Great hotel super easy parking for even with a large SUV. The facilities are excellent great pool and sauna. The breakfast was first rate. We stayed one night but this would be a great base for a ski holiday. The hotel is situated in a new development although we didn’t notice any noise from construction. There were three or four dining options on the doorstep but we chose to walk the ten minutes into the old town where there were a dozen or more places to choose from. "

What makes it even more special is its perfect location—just slightly off the main road, offering peace and quiet, yet only a short, scenic walk to the bustling shopping and tourist street. The service was outstanding, with genuine attention to detail in every interaction. You can tell the hotel was created with love—it’s visible in every corner, from the thoughtful decor to the spotless cleanliness. And the restaurants? Absolutely excellent. Every meal was a delight."
