"We traveled with our 10 year old son, and a couple friends of us. We stayed at a Suite, and our friends did too. We were picked up at the airport right after coming out of our flight by the hotel person, and he went with us to get the luggage, and then to the van that transported us to the hotel. We've never experienced this, because usually the person from the hotel is waiting for us outside, after we pick up the luggage. That's how we got started with this hotel: "Impecable Professionalism"....
