"The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful (I had just sprained my ankle and the evening manager brought up some ice). Breakfast was very nice with very pleasant staff. I enjoyed the stay at this hotel very much."

"Room was nice and clean but shared bathroom could have been cleaner plugs dirty with gunk. Very squeaky floorboards kept me awake with others moving around property. Would have been nice to have kettle in room "

"So loved this place it absolutely made our Belfast stay so much nicer. We stayed in a huge apartment - it was awesome and well stocked with absolutely everything we needed. There's a Tesco literally just downstairs. Everything in Belfast is within an easy 15-20 minute brisk walk. "I took the train from Dublin so the two block walk was very convenient. The area is central to everything in Belfast. Even my tour to Giants Causeway was convenient - about four/five blocks to the pick up spot. Great that the Christmas market at Belfast City Hall was on as that was just a few blocks. The staff was friendly and helpful. "

Brilliant weeks stay

"From check in to check out all staff were excellent. Very friendly and professional. Lovely room on top floor, great view, very quiet. Breakfast was excellent, great choice. Would definitely recommend. Close to all of the city attractions within walking distance, lots of access to cafes and pubs."

"Kate the Reception Office Manager was excellent and went the extra mile in sorting a minor problem in our room, and even gave us two complimentary drinks. The dining is very good. The breakfast, which was included, is one of the best I’ve had. Full marks for breakfast and excellent staff. Great value, recommend in highest terms. "
