"At our arrival we were given room for handicapped access, neither me or my husband are handicapped. Frontdesk person didn't mention details about the room. The very next morning we were able to switch rooms and moved into a regular one. This room was alright but it had a concealed leak in a shower with water coming out into the hall next to it. The puddle on a carpet was growing. We alerted the stuff ."

"We had a quick trip to London. The location was great to walk into central London. The room was spacious, very clean and had a great view of the London Eye. Service in the hotel was fast and efficient, even a late night room service request was super fast!"

"Arrived for a 2 night stay to be told our second night was cancelled due to government take over of the hotel. No call/email warning us of this so we arrived with two tired children and couldn’t then check into our room for three hours whilst I called hotels.com to try and sort it out. Hotel staff were useless and wouldn’t even make eye contact or offer help. Ended up ringing the USA for hours as hotels.com don’t have a UK switchboard. Abysmal service"
