"Cosy rooms with a small, but renovated bathroom. The hallways and stairs are quite narrow and there is no elevator but since it said so on the website we knew what to expect. You can borrow hairdryers at the front desk, there is coffee and tea available around the clock in a sitting area. Everything was clean and staff was really nice! You can also store your luggage there. The hotel is close to Russell Square Station and there's a huge waitrose close by. Great alternative to a hostel,...

"Accessibility for a manual wheelchair was above average. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very close to Euston and Kings Cross/St Pancras stations. Beds were very comfy. "

"Small hotel in a great location. No lift and only minimal amenities -- only one towel in my single room. The person on the desk (only staff at the hotel) was helpful, but couldn't do much when my tv didn't work properly. Also, having some way to contact staff from the room would be a good safety measure (no phone in room). "

"A fantastic place, comfortable, quirky, although the rooms are quite dark, all part of the experience apparently. The staff were friendly and helpful. The attached restaurant was also superb as was the bar downstairs, though finding it is also part of the experience 🙃 . We had a great time and hope to stay again soon."
