The staff were super friendly and willing to help when asked. There is a communal bathroom and shower (shared but private bathroom), if you’re comfortable with that then no problem since it’s super clean. The rooms itself were quite small, but it does the job and was quite comfortable to sleep in. Overall a good stay for the location and price!

We loved our stay here! The room, washroom, and hallways were very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful! Area felt safe, lots of dining options around and if you like to walk, all the main attractions are as well! Also enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea in the morning.

This place is adequate for the bargain traveler. We liked that it was within walking distance of where we needed to be on this weekend trip. However, our shared bathroom was a flight of steps down from our room's floor. Not ideal for night trips, but since it was okay for our short visit. Nice staff.

Great place to stay in London on a budget. As other reviewers have mentioned, the street does get a little loud, so bring earplugs. I had a comfortable stay here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good no-frills experience.

It was ok. Staff was so nice and helpful. My son was super sick and folks were extremely accommodating with our requests. However the room was extremely small. I took a 3 bed room and there was absolutely no place to walk in the room or even open our luggage. Bathroom was the smallest I have ever seen. We ended up staying too much in the room because my son was sick, which started making me claustrophobic. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to other families - the entire experience was less hotel and more like a hostel.
