"Pleasant reception and entrance. Reception fully staffed which is often not the case with hotels now so check in and check out was quick with no queueing. All my dealings with the staff was positive, efficient and friendly. Despite the location being so close to a busy area as it was located in a quiet adjoining road. "At our arrival we were given room for handicapped access, neither me or my husband are handicapped. Frontdesk person didn't mention details about the room. The very next morning we were able to switch rooms and moved into a regular one. This room was alright but it had a concealed leak in a shower with water coming out into the hall next to it. The puddle on a carpet was growing. We alerted the stuff ."
