"A good place to stay when visiting Bristol, as it's only 5-10 minutes walk into the City Centre & riverside attractions. The reception is spotless and spacious, with very efficient staff. Due to a fall the day before arriving my wife arrived in a wheelchair, and without any fuss or request from myself, the reception staff allocated us a wheelchair friendly room on the 1st floor. "They cancelled our booking. And 2 other couples we were meeting there. And then you reminded me in the run up to the weekend that we had a booking adding insult to injury. Now you want a review. Shambolic is all i can say."

"Loved everything about the hotel itself & the staff extremely helpful & polite. If I was going to point out room for improvement, then on the website , it says parking is available but not about a variable cost. As it was, I was staying under 24 hours therefore £5 was affordable. "
