Summary:
A spacious and bright 2 bedroom apartment set within the contemporary East Village development within easy reach of Belfast city centre. The interior has been finished to a high standard, with modern appliances and furnishings, and has more than enough space for up to 6 guests (with use of sofa bed) to enjoy a comfortable stay in a home away from home. There's an open plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 comfortable double bedrooms and a modern bathroom.

The Space:
This modern 2 bedroom apartment has been finished to a high standard with comfortable furnishings and contemporary appliances throughout. The open plan living space comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, L-shaped sofa, and smart TV. There's high speed broadband throughout the apartment. There are 2 bedrooms, a king and double, both featuring comfortable beds made up with crisp hotel linen and plenty of storage for clothes. There is a sofa bed for 2 people in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 5 or 6 guests when booking). The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. Free on street parking is available outside the property.

A cot can be provided for 1 infant for an additional cost of £15 per night. Please make us aware before check-in.

The apartment is conveniently located just a 20 minute walk or 10 minute bus journey from Belfast city centre. You will find a number of shops, bars and restaurants all on your doorstep and there is a Tesco supermarket nearby. Connswater Shopping Centre is just a 10 minute walk away.
Other nearby attractions include; SSE Arena: Titanic Belfast, W5, Waterfront Hall and Ulster Rugby - all within 10 minutes drive. Belfast City Airport is just 10 minutes drive and Belfast International Airport is 30 minutes drive away.

Getting Around:
Situated in a convenient location, it is possible to explore Belfast easily on foot. There are also regular bus services leaving from the road outside, taking you to central Belfast within 10 minutes. Great Victoria Street Train Station is a 15 minute taxi ride away. Belfast City Airport is just 10 minutes drive and Belfast International Airport is 30 minutes drive away.

A very last minute booking as a surprise birthday treat for my daughter and her partner. From the offset, it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Ash, Nathan and Sam. Communication was smooth and most helpful. The apartment itself, was exceptionally clean and immaculately kitted out. It’s location has been fantastic for everything my daughter in her late teens wanted within east reach. Namely restaurants, bars, nightlife and shopping. Would definitely not hesitate to book up again. She can’t wait to return, and next time mother might join her. Don’t hesitate in booking ! You won’t be disappointed ! Many thanks again. Thank you for being wonderful and giving me that much desired reassurance that my daughter was going somewhere nice that is managed by lovely people.
