"First, the few issues. Breakfast is only OJ, a few bagels, cream cheese, butter, dried cereal, bananas, and coffee. No yogurt, pastries, eggs, or much fruit. Such an easy thing to fix. The multiple threats around the pantry to not steal or video will be turned over to the police for prosecution is offensive to paying guests. There has to be a better way. The place is a bit dated and needs a refresh. The TV remotes were difficult to work from a distance. Ten of the parking spots are reserved as EV charging stations. They were all empty, but signs warned that non EV vehicles parked there would be towed AOE. Since they are available for non-guests, paying guests seem not to be the top priority. There are many positives, and they out balance the annoying but minor issues. The people are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and properly supplied. They are spacious and comfortable for sleeping. The location is good for exploring and shopping. I would certainly stay here again because all the essentials are done well."

"We loved our stay at the cabin. Communication with the owner was very strong. Cabin was very well stocked and organized. "

"Under remodeling but our rooms were new including a jacuzzi. Nice touch. Guy in the room next door was noisy and then hanging around the breakfast bar in the morning. We went out for breakfast because of him."

"We loved the cabin, property, and location for exploring Genesee Valley. We stayed three nights and the cabin met all our needs and hosts were wonderful as well. Teens loved exploring the creek and David and Terry even let them say hi to their cows which thrilled my city kids. I was pleasantly suprised by all the great warblers I was able to spot right atound the cabin and I"m sure I would have been able to find many more if the kids gave me more time to do so. The only thing about the location that took me a night to get used to was the proximity of the train crossing. With the silence of the countryside the noise of the night time trajns coming through definetly broke the silence. By the third nigbt I stopped noticing it."
