"The staff were friendly and helpful, the area is quiet and safe, the room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff arranged a taxi to and from the airport and bus terminal for us. However, one reason I booked this accommodation was that it listed that there is a restaurant on site. There is not, although it seems like there used to be. There are a couple restaurants in Ladyville but they are a bit of a walk away. Thus, the owners need to update the listing and drop the price a bit. "

"James was a very polite and a gracious host. He showed us around the property and gave us some very useful info about were to eat and the things to see around Ladyville. "I arrived early in the day, and Colin was very responsive and understanding of my situation allowing me to have a room immediately. The room was comfortable and clean. Later in the day, Colin came by to check if I needed anything. Since the nearby restaurants were closed, he personally made the drive to pick up food and deliver it to us. The next day, he even gave us a ride to the airport. His personalized attention meant a lot to me. Thank you to Colin and to the Bomboleo Inn! "
