"The hotel was nice and very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The shower only had cold water- but not so cold to be torturous. The location was right in the middle of the city with many narrow one way-streets, and cars and people everywhere. We found it challenging and stressful to get there. We were lucky to have a parking spot right in front, but there is not an abundance of parking in the daytime if you have a rental car."

"The room, pool area and property were in amazingly clean condition. The staff were very accommodating and easy to work with. They even arranged a shuttle to the airport. If you are new to Belize City, you may feel slightly unsafe when approaching the property as the neighbourhood in a little rough. However, in my time in Belize City I never encountered any unsafe situations and the property itself is very secure (i.e. gates with codes just to get onto the premises) and again, very well...

"Budget friendly hotel. The hotel doesn't have a hair dryer, ironing board or a good restaurant. They do have a snack bar and cold and headache meds which was convenient. The staff was very pleasant and accomodating but the facility is a bit run down. Particles were dropping from the curtain. They cleaned the room everyday and that was good. "
