"I love staying at the Biltmore. The restaurant staff and food are excellent and the renovations are awesome. However, there was a funny issue with the shuttle which I reserved and paid for - it wasn't available even though I checked with the front desk half an hour before my scheduled departure time and there was no satisfactory explanation. I could have missed my flight."

"We had to change our flights last minute and needed a place to stay. The Fort George didn’t disappoint in accommodating our last minute reservation, they were friendly and coordinated the transport from the airport to their hotel. When I say last minute I mean I’m booking the hotel and coordinating with their staff in mid air. Great service. The hotel is beautiful the beds were very comfortable. Will return when I have more time. "
