"Clean and comfortable room, we booked with a balcony but it wasn’t necessary as didn’t have any great view. The short cut to walk into town was useful and saved us driving. We booked as it was the closest and most reasonable place we could book close to bellagio, it was everything we needed. Service was friendly and breakfast was simple but all we needed."

"This place is beautiful and we would love to come back! Breakfast is plentiful and delicious! Rooms are clean and comfortable. There was a misunderstanding with our arrival, but other than that it was great. We hope to return!"

"It was up a hill a ways and a little hard to find. They had to turn on the heat for me. It wasn't very strong. Old radiator. Tv was tiny. Curtain would have been ineffective. They had storm shutters. That helped. Lots of road noise. Some guests left at 5 am. A little noisy. They wouldn't let you bring in outside food. The one chef was a little overwhelmed by the eight road workers staying there. I ended up skipping dinner. They didn't know I was coming. Didn't check their email. It was worked...

"We had the a perfect view of Lake Como from our room which was absolutely incredible. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Many lovely restaurants nearby, and the hotel is literally right in front of the boat terminal so very walkable. Will definitely stay here again the next time we visit!"

"The location was perfect to visit the various cities/towns on Lake Como. The ferry/port is located less than 15 minutes walk, same with a series of restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. If you're into cycling, as I am, this is a great place to base yourself. Bring your own bike or rent from a location within walking distance. I look forward to coming back. Family run and friendly staff. "

"The stay was fantastic and all the staff was super friendly and always eager to help and share about the area. A plus is the free access to the gardens of Villa Melzi which are incredibly beautiful and give an easier way to reach Bellagio city center, located at least 20 minutes away by foot. The breakfast is also very nice and if I go again to Bellagio I won’t hesitate to stay here once more."
