"This was the best hotel stay I've ever had in terms of service. I contacted the hotel to ask whether we could store our luggage before we checked in, as we didn't want to carry them all day around the towns in Lake Como. Francesca not only allowed us to store the bags in our room early, but also gave us the key as the room was ready by 9:30am. "The property in Bellano is well appointed and perfect for two or three looking to spend some down time on the lake ~ You will need your own beach towels and chairs, should you decide to enter the water on the property's back side as they are not provided. The town has intricately lined streets with charming stores and an array of wonderful restaurants on the waterfront. Take the ferry to Bellagio and skip Lake Como proper. You'll enjoy it just as much and in half the time!"
