"The property is clean and convenient. The cost is reasonable. Some issues: Sink blocked; need to pick up keys from another place; heating control did not work, and the room got to 28C; i had to open the window, but several mosquitos entered."

The balcony with wonderful views was a real treat and we even made use of the pool and laundry room, especially as we were on a three week trip around Europe and these little extras made a huge difference. "I told the owner I was going to review this property because I thought it was really good for the price and most people would not stay because it looks really rough. It had all the stuff I wanted, close to the train a grocery store and a great price. When I arrived I had a hard time meeting up with the owner because they had gone to the train station t meet me and I walked past. "Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr gut, bei Fragen hat sie sofort geantwortet, leider konnte sie kein Deutsch. Die Wohnungsübergabe war sehr kurz und knapp. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, es gab Wifi, Backofen, Gefrierschrank, Klimaanlage, Spülmaschine, ….was sehr gut war, es gab einen großen Fernseher, der jedoch nicht nutzbar war, da es kein deutsches Fernsehen gab Was auch Gewöhnungsbedürftig war, es gab zum schlafen nur eine Decke ( Laken) zum zu decken. "Als kleine Familie war die gut beschriebene Unterkunft völlig ausreichend (uns war die Matratze zu weich), die Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Mobilar sehr zufriedenstellend. Toller Ausblick bei jeder Mahlzeit auf den Gardasee! Sauberer Pool und sehr entspanntes Klientel (viele Italiener) auf dem Gelände. Unser 8Jähriger fand die vielen Hunde in der Anlage beängstigend, auch wenn sie meist angeleint waren. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig, angrenzend drüber und nebenan (leider) gut hörbar. Die Lage...
