"The property is clean and convenient. The cost is reasonable. Some issues: Sink blocked; need to pick up keys from another place; heating control did not work, and the room got to 28C; i had to open the window, but several mosquitos entered."

"Overall very nice place and would stay again the next time we are in Florence. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and stairs leading up are a bit steep and narrow so be careful when bringing your luggage down. The apartment was clean and nice size for 2 people. Only thing was that the shower is a bit small and tight so may be difficult for bigger people."

"Location of this place is outstanding, a nice easy walk into the center of the historical area and to a small nearby food market. The apartment is nicely furnished with primarily antiques, spacious and welcoming, though a bit musty smelling. Bathrooms were updated and very clean. We continuously had problems with the Wi-Fi service, and though the owner was promptly responsive in regard to checking in and out there was zero response to our Wi-Fi questions.
