"Lovely property but I was extremely disappointed when I arrived to find out the sky bar was closed until 2025, this was not communicated prior to our stay and was not stated anywhere on the hotel listing prior to booking. The skybar was one of the main things that attracted us to the hotel when looking and had we known it wouldn’t be open we may have reconsidered this. "

"Nice and clean. Well placed near everything. Only 2 complaints but nothing major. 1. We had the room next to the lift which was a bit noisy. 2. We asked for a double bed but got given 2 singles. "I stayed here for a few nights in November and absolutely loved it. The room was large and clean. The hotel is very nice. The food was REALLY good! Staff were kind and helpful. There was an issue with adjusting my stay that Expedia tried to help with but the hotel did not respond to which is a shame. But regardless of that, I will definitely return. "
