"We had a lovely week staying at this hotel for 7 nights. The perfect location for strolling into the centre of Seville for the main attractions. Hotel spotlessly clean and the staff super friendly and helpful. We received two vouchers for free drinks and received a wonderful surprise when we came back one day to find a bottle of Cava on ice awaiting us in our room, compliments of the hotel!! One of the best breakfasts we have had in beautiful surroundings on our various trips around Europe....

"This is a beautiful hotel. The room was nicely furnished and equipped and the room servicing was impeccable each day of our stay. The front of house staff however were much less impressive. Indeed they were rather arrogant and not terribly responsive. For example, I needed to replace a buttonhole and was sent to a department store. They diminished what was otherwise a wonderful stay. "
