"The hotel was amazing. It was clean, secure, updated, the beds were extremely comfortable. Both best were King size which made for a restful night. The only drawback is location. Meaning, it is in direct downtown, which can make it challenging for parking. Otherwise, amazing stay. They do offer valet though, loved the manager as he solved our bedding issue without complaints. "

"There was a hiccup with the check in process. I was moved twice but the staff was really nice and the rooms were nice. Breakfast at Plain Jane as good. All the staff I encountered from the check in to the valet staff and restaurant staff were all extremely hospitable. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The check-in process was efficient and smooth, allowing us to settle in without any hassle. The staff members were friendly and welcoming, which added a pleasant touch to our arrival. The hotel’s location is ideal, situated just a short stroll from the vibrant Canal Street and the lively Bourbon Street, and only about a mile away from the convention center, making it convenient for both leisure and business travelers. One suggestion I have is to provide a microwave on each level, perhaps near the ice machines, considering they are shared facilities. It can be quite inconvenient to have to travel all the way down to the lobby just to heat up our food. Having a microwave on each floor would greatly enhance the guest experience and add to the overall convenience of the stay."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel St Marie. Really nice boutique hotel conveniently located in the French Quarter close to Bourbon Street but still not in the middle of the noise. The staff are really friendly and very helpful, responsive to any additional request and professional. My mom has mobility challenges and we were able to use the hotel's wheelchair when taking her out. This was really helpful and made a huge difference to the experience she had in New Orleans. Will definitely recommend Hotel St Marie to anyone visiting New Orleans! One minor recommendation is to have an umbrella or two incase guests arrive while it's raining which is what happened to us. However the staff nicely gave us towels to dry off. Overall a 10 out of 10 from us!"
