"The apartment was roomy, comfortable, modern and supplied with ample kitchen utensils. Good location. Parking limited. No concierge; non-contact registering leaves you without anyone to offer immediate assistance. Malfunctioning RFID (electronic) keypad locked us out of our apartment on our last night and left us sleeping on the hallway floor with no bathroom facilities available; calls to SEEGER emergency assistance proved useless. Expedia was of no help. Wouldn't risk a repeat."

"Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit Tiefgaragenplatz im Neubaugebiet, mit naher Freizeitmöglichkeit wie das Technik Museum, oder wenn man mal es braucht gibt es auch Lebensmittelgeschäfte in der nähe oder eine Apotheke und ein Krankenhaus echt top Lage. Der Vermieter ist auch ein echt sympathischer Mann mit dem man sich wie ein Kumpel unterhalten oder mal zur Bar gehen könnte. Alles Top sehr Empfehlenswert "

"Der Aufenthalt war einfach fantastisch! Vom ersten Kontakt bis zu allem, was uns vor Ort erwartet hat, war alles einfach perfekt! Wir haben ein Wochenende mit Freundinnen als Geburtstagsüberraschung hier verbracht und diese Überraschung ist mehr als gelungen! "Very modern, very clean and only 300m away from the center of Karlsruhe-Mühlburg, with a few restaurants and bars / cafés and a good bakery at nearby Kaiserallee. The accomodation was also very quite. Only one small issue existed: The TV cable-receiver box was apparently left in disorder and did not work at first. But I could fix it, so that TV was working as well."

"Empfang freundlich, hilfsbereit. Wohnung war sehr einfach, uns fehlte die Küche um uns wirklich wohlzufühlen. Warmes Wasser hatten wir nur in der Dusche, zum Abwaschen Wasser im Kocher erwärmt. Lage der Wohnung ist sehr schön aber für uns nicht geeignet weil etwas eingeschränkt im Laufen. Sehr viele Treppen zur Ferienwohnung bzw eine steile Straße hoch. Parkmöglichkeit direkt an der steilen Straße. Verkehrsanbindung sehr gut an die Straßenbahn(5 Minuten hin, 10 zurück s.o.)"

On the negative side the apartment felt bare and uninviting in the style of a student residence, and had some functional issues, e.g. broken light bulb, dripping bathroom taps, low quality bed.
