"I didn’t realise the Encore had no lift until we were allocated a room on the second floor and had to climb stairs. We made do the first night as we had a late flight and the office was closed. The staff were extremely accommodating the next day and didn’t hesitate to move us to a room on the ground floor as my husband has mobility issues. I would definitely stay there again. "

"It was a lpvely property. Everything was very clean, with nice crisp sheets. The grounds were pleasant, and well kept. The kitchen had all cooking facilities, including a full sized fridge. The weather was pleasant, which meant that we didn’t need to test out the air con, which appeared to be inadequate, though portable devices were available in the suite."

"We had a lovely 2 night stay in a Rosella Cabin. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were on the small size but fine for 2 nights. Everything we needed. The sports court was fantastic and the family game of soccer the highlight of our trip according to our daughters! The pool was very refreshing but great. The putt putt course was great and lots of fun! Our daughters loved the rabbits and ducks. Reception staff were beyond helpful and always lovely. "
