"Great location, newly renovated facilities, and solid breakfast buffet."

"The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and filled with creature comforts. But the staff is what sets the place apart. We were overwhelmed with how friendly and helpful and excited to help everyone was. Lorin at the front desk was lonely and went above and beyond for us. If I was starting a hotel I’d want her to be the template for all employees. Jason at breakfast everyday was also a friendly man who endured we were taken care of every morning. "

"What a hotel in an amazing location. We had a short 2 night trip and it was perfect, most sightseeing done by foot. The hotel was super accommodating, we got everything we requested. They prepared a surprise for my partner’s bday, champagne on ice, chocolate, etc which was a nice touch. I must say we were disappointed with the breakfast…a lot of options, but not the best. Overall an amazing experience in Budapest, a wonderful city. "
