"Hotel is right at Puerta del Sol, probably the busiest area in Madrid. Hotel and staff are great. Lots of places to eat and you can walk to most turist points. Metro is right there too. The only issue is if you want to sleep at night. It is very loud past midnight, sometimes until 130am with illegal live performers and loud speakers. Bring ear plugs if you are planning on sleeping. I stayed 5 nights and 4 were like that."

The Hotel breakfast package is a generous assortment of cold and hot buffet items. Finally, their staff is friendly, courteous and very helpful.
