Never saw any staff or service people at all. No water pressure in the shower. But very quaint and loved the area. Would state there again!

Service in the dining areas was poor. I needed to ask for things like water and coffee two or three times before receiving the items. Most of the food was good however I ordered a bread plate - the sliced bread was dried out and the butter was hard as a rock - was very disappointing.
