"The black box was a great house for our family Xmas stay. The bunk room is only any good for children sleeping as too hard for most adults and there is not much soundproofing from room to room but nice place with excellent outdoor area. Great parking. Fantastic lawn area for playing games. "

"Our welcome by the staff at reception was not very warm or friendly so my first impression was not very good. Our room was quite spacious and clean, but I admit that we didn’t realise that there were hotels that don’t have air conditioning, and this was one of them.
