"When I checked in the first room they have me hadn’t been cleaned yet but as soon as I told them they gave me a different room with no issues so no complaints. The room was small, but clean and a nice view of the river. Lots of restaurants and cafes around the hotel. Good value for money and would stay there again"

Room quite tight and difficult to negotiate movement without hitting your head due to the slanting original ceiling on the second floor. The overall ambiance in the main building is impressive but there is no extras like a gym, sauna, pool , etc . It’s simply the room that you’re paying for, breakfast ( continental) at €45 is extra and the restaurant is open on Saturdays for evening meals only . "

We booked the best suite three months in advance. 3 days before they told us they booked a wedding and would give us our first night free. They did in the smallest hobbit room ever.
