"This cottage was an updated, cute New England style cottage. Lovely back deck on the water offered scenic views all day long. Kitchen updated nicely. A smoke alarm went off one night because of battery issues. The washer seal was very mildewy. Trash cans were full upon our arrival so we could barely get our trash into them as requested. The towels were a bit smelly and there were not enough hand towels. Overall we were very pleased! The owners just need to work out a few maintenance or property...

"Property was just the right size for our needs. Since it was colder, we couldn't use the lovely outside seating or fire pit. They would have been perfect based on what we saw. It was wonderful looking out the windows at the water and fun to watch the ducks swimming and the seagulls perched on the rocks. The property is close enough to a few different points of interest like Dartmouth and Newport, as well as some other areas we werent aware of but found very unique. The welcome packet dies a great job of highlighting things to do in the area."

"I was late getting welcome and entrance information but finally received it. The house itself is beautiful and stocked with necessities. The only issue is that there are no blinds on many windows. Therefore, everyone can see inside from the outside (hence the fishbowl effect). If the privacy issue is corrected, I would purchase a stay at this house regularly. It is truly a gem and close to everything. "
