The hotel is very clean and the staff are all very helpful. Although not walking distance to the main sites there are public transport links nearby. Nice little bar and restaurant, We didn't try breakfast but it looked like there was a good choice. We had an economy room and the beds were really hard. We didn't request housekeeping to come in to our room but they came in anyway.

Ich kann nix zu der Unterkunft sagen. Wir wurden umgebucht in ein anderes Hotel. Keine wusste von irgendwas Bescheid. Das neue Hotel hatte keine Buchung. Ich habe keine Bestätigung bekommen. Auch nach Aufforderung nicht. Ein Glück waren die Mitarbeiter im best Western so nett und kompetent. Aber organisatorisch eine komplette Katastrophe. Das nächste mal wenn ein Hotel zu einer Flüchtlingsunterkunft wird, bitte die Gäste die schon bezahlt haben besser informieren und organisieren. An Plaza Inn Charlottenburg, danke für nichts.

Die Unterkunft war alles in allem sehr gut, bis auf das, dass das Zimmer recht hellhörig, direkt an der Straße war und einige Mieter in der Nacht recht laut waren. Das Frückstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und sehr gut. Ich kommes nächstes Jahr wieder.

Aria condizionata non presente, puzza di fogna nel bagno, non c'era l'acqua calda, personale non cortese ad eccezione di un solo ragazzo. A fronte di questi disservizi, in particolare l'assenza di acqua calda e condizionamento, ci saremmo immaginati di dover essere preventivamente avvisati in maniera da valutare per tempo se non fosse stato il caso di modificare la prenotazione. Alcun rimborso ci è stato offerto a fronte del lovello dei servizi che non sono certo stati all'altezza delle 3 stele superior pubblicizzate.
